Job Summary

·        Super-user of HR systems, acting as expert and advisor on maximizing use of HR tools and data management systems;

·        Expertise and efficient use of global reporting tools (i.e. MBI, Talent Dashboard, Taleo, etc.);

·        HR Data reporting and analysis as required to satisfy routine organization requirements and HR Business Partner requests;

·        Create slicing and dicing functionality within dashboards that enables all business owners / stake holders to deep dive themselves when KPI’s are underperforming;

·        Create best practices in data visualization that are user friendly and evangelize within the organization;

·        Automates deep dive analyses build by the Data Analyst that require regular updates.
